We collect the business contact details you provide, such as your name, facility or company, email address, telephone number, requested equipment, location, dates, staffing needs, and message. We may also keep business contact information from previous inquiries, existing relationships, referrals, and our previous website in our contact directory.

Authorized staff may record correspondence, contact preferences, inquiry status, follow-up dates, and internal notes needed to manage those relationships. Provide only information needed for a business inquiry.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss availability and quotes, coordinate rentals and staffing, maintain correspondence and follow-ups, operate and protect the website, resolve problems, and meet applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry permits a response about that request; it does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Hosting, email, and service providers

Base44 provides website hosting, databases, authentication, file storage, and operational integrations. Inquiry notifications and messages may be processed by email providers. When our administrator connects the company Gmail account, an authorized administrator can send replies and save a copy and delivery status in the business contact history. Gmail authorization credentials stay on the backend and are not shared with visitors.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the business inquiry form against automated abuse. It processes technical browser and network signals and a short-lived security token to validate submissions under Cloudflare’s privacy practices. We verify that token on the server before saving an inquiry or sending an alert. Hosting, security, font, image, and other delivery providers may receive technical request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested resource, and timestamp. Google Fonts supplies website fonts. Service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, under their own terms and privacy practices.

We disclose information as needed to provide requested services, to providers supporting our operations, to comply with law or lawful requests, or to protect rights and security. A business reorganization may involve a transfer of relevant records with appropriate safeguards. We do not offer visitor information for sale through this website.

Browser storage and optional analytics

Essential browser storage supports sign-in, account security, and your privacy choices. Our optional page analytics uses a random browser identifier that expires after up to 90 days, a one-way derived identifier stored on the server, the public page path, timestamp, and a broad referral source such as Direct, Google, or LinkedIn. The custom page-view records do not contain raw IP addresses, raw browser identifiers, inquiry messages, CRM details, or URL query strings.

You can decline optional analytics or change your choice using Analytics privacy choices in the footer. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional analytics. Declining does not prevent browsing or sending an inquiry. Withdrawal does not automatically delete previously collected records; contact us about deletion requests.

Platform analytics, where enabled, follows the consent signal sent by this site's privacy choices. Once connected, Google Search Console supplies aggregated search performance information for the verified website property; it does not give us access to a visitor's personal Google account.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry, business contact, and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary for the relationship, requested services, business administration, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the record's type and purpose. When information is no longer needed, we seek to delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable requirements and provider backup cycles.

Administrative access is restricted and authenticated, and website connections use HTTPS. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website, email, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords or confidential medical information through this site.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you have provided, stop nonessential follow-ups, or explain how we use your information. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may ask for information proportionate to verifying your identity and authority before acting and will explain any legal or operational reason that prevents fulfilling a request.

No patient portal or medical records

This website is for business inquiries. It is not a patient portal, medical advice service, or channel for protected health information. Do not submit patient names, medical records, imaging, dates of birth, insurance information, or identifying health information. Call the team to arrange an appropriate process if a legitimate business need involves sensitive information. We do not claim that ordinary contact forms or email are suitable for transmitting patient records.

Children and external websites

The website is directed to healthcare facilities and adult business users, and is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it. Linked websites, including the website designer, have their own policies. We do not control their content or privacy practices.
